These Terms & Conditions apply to all users, visitors and customers using this website and purchasing products from Bibi Art Studio.

2. Products
Bibi Art Studio offers original artworks, limited edition prints, postcards, décor pieces, boards, lifestyle products and related artistic items.
Product images are provided as accurately as possible. However, colours may appear slightly different depending on screen settings, lighting and device display.
Original artwork, handmade pieces and art-based products may have natural variations. These variations form part of the character of the artwork and are not considered defects.
3. Pricing
All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR), unless the customer selects another available display currency.
Where currency conversion is shown, converted prices are estimates based on exchange rates available at the time. Final payment amounts may vary slightly due to exchange-rate changes, bank charges, PayPal conversion fees or payment provider fees.
Bibi Art Studio reserves the right to update product prices, shipping estimates and product availability without prior notice.
4. Orders
An order is only confirmed once payment has been received and accepted.
Bibi Art Studio reserves the right to cancel or refuse an order if:
– the product is no longer available;
– payment is not received;
– incorrect pricing or stock information was displayed by mistake;
– the delivery address is incomplete or unsupported by courier services;
– there is suspected fraudulent or unauthorised activity.
5. Payment
Bibi Art Studio may accept payments through:
– Yoco for South African card payments;
– PayPal for international payments;
– Direct bank transfer where available;
– Any other approved payment method displayed at checkout.
Payment gateway availability may depend on the customer’s country, selected currency and delivery address.
Bibi Art Studio does not store full card details on this website. Payment information is processed by secure third-party payment providers.
6. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping is calculated or estimated at checkout based on the product type, packaging size, weight, delivery country and courier availability.
Bibi Art Studio may use Courier Guy, PostNet, DHL, DHL/PostNet, FedEx, Aramex or another reputable courier depending on the destination and product type.
Shipping times are estimates only and may be affected by courier delays, customs processing, public holidays, strikes, remote delivery areas, weather or circumstances outside our control.
International customers are responsible for all import duties, customs fees, clearance fees, VAT, taxes, destination-country charges and any additional costs charged by customs or the courier.
7. International Orders
International orders may require additional packaging, customs documentation and courier handling.
Shipping shown at checkout is an estimate. If the final courier, packaging, insurance or customs-related cost is higher than the checkout estimate, the customer may be required to pay the difference before dispatch.
Bibi Art Studio is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities or destination-country import rules.
8. Returns and Refunds
Please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Bibi Art Studio does not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect selection, wrong size selected, buyer’s remorse or delays outside our control.
Damaged or defective items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the product, packaging and courier label.
Where approved, Bibi Art Studio may offer replacement, repair, store credit or refund where required by law.
9. Original Artwork and Copyright
All artwork, images, product photography, descriptions, videos, designs and creative content remain the intellectual property of Bibi Art Studio and/or the artist.
Purchasing an artwork or product does not give the buyer copyright, reproduction rights, licensing rights, commercial rights or permission to copy, scan, print, reproduce, resell images, use artwork for branding, AI training, digital products or commercial purposes.
10. Website Use
Users may not copy, download, scrape, reproduce, modify, distribute or use website content without written permission.
Users may not attempt to interfere with the website, security systems, payment systems, checkout, product data or images.
11. Limitation of Liability
Bibi Art Studio will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including courier delays, customs delays, loss of profit, loss of opportunity or third-party service failures.
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights a customer may have under applicable South African law.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
