Bibi Art Studio ships locally within South Africa and internationally where courier services are available.

1. Shipping Providers

Depending on the delivery address, product size, product type and courier availability, Bibi Art Studio may use:

– The Courier Guy for South African deliveries;
– PostNet for selected local delivery options;
– DHL / PostNet international courier estimates;
– DHL Express for international shipments;
– FedEx where available;
– Aramex where available;
– Other reputable courier partners where required.

2. South African Shipping

For deliveries within South Africa, available shipping options may include Courier Guy, PostNet or another local courier service.

Estimated delivery time:
– Economy courier: approximately 2–5 working days after dispatch.
– Overnight or express courier: approximately 1–2 working days after dispatch, where available.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary by destination, parcel size, courier capacity and remote area surcharges.

3. International Shipping

For international orders, available shipping options may include DHL, DHL/PostNet, FedEx, Aramex or other international courier partners.

Estimated delivery time:
– International courier: approximately 5–10 working days after dispatch.

Delivery may take longer due to customs clearance, import checks, public holidays, remote areas or courier delays.

4. Shipping Estimates

Shipping shown at checkout is an estimate based on available product weight, dimensions, packaging type and destination.

Final shipping may change if:
– the parcel requires additional protective packaging;
– the product is fragile, large, framed or high value;
– the courier charges additional fuel, remote area or handling fees;
– insurance is requested or required;
– customs documents or clearance fees apply;
– the courier’s final quote differs from the checkout estimate.

If the final shipping cost is higher than the checkout estimate, the customer may be required to pay the difference before dispatch.

5. Packaging

Artwork and products are packed as safely as possible according to product type.

Packaging may include:
– protective artwork tubes;
– rigid mailers;
– cardboard boxes;
– bubble wrap;
– corner protection;
– board protection;
– fragile-item packaging.

6. Import Duties, VAT and Customs

International customers are responsible for all import duties, customs duties, VAT, taxes, clearance fees, destination-country charges and courier administration fees.

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping estimate unless clearly stated.

Bibi Art Studio cannot control customs charges and is not responsible for delays or charges applied by the destination country.

7. Incorrect Address

Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address.

Bibi Art Studio is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries or additional courier charges caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery details.

8. Damaged Parcels

If a parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please send:
– photos of the outer packaging;
– photos of the courier label;
– photos of the damaged product;
– your order number;
– a short description of the issue.
