Copyright & Artwork Usage Policy

All artwork, images, product photographs, videos, written descriptions, designs and creative content on this website belong to Bibi Art Studio and/or the artist.

1. Ownership

Purchasing an artwork, print, postcard, décor item or product does not transfer copyright.

The buyer owns the physical item purchased, but does not own the copyright or reproduction rights.

2. Not Allowed

Without written permission, customers and visitors may not:

• copy artwork images;
• download or save images for reuse;
• reproduce artwork;
• print artwork;
• use artwork for logos, branding or commercial products;
• use artwork for social media advertising without permission;
• create derivative works;
• use artwork in AI training, prompts, datasets or digital generation;
• resell digital versions of the artwork;
• use website images for marketing, catalogues or commercial purposes.

1. Personal Sharing

Customers may share photos of purchased products for personal use, provided that Bibi Art Studio or the artist is credited where possible.

4. Licensing

Commercial licensing, reproduction rights, gallery use, editorial use or collaboration requests must be approved in writing.
