Returns & Refunds Policy

Bibi Art Studio takes care to package and dispatch items safely. Because many products are artwork-based, limited edition, handmade, printed to order or fragile, our returns policy is strict.
1. No Refunds for Change of Mind
Bibi Art Studio does not offer refunds for:
– change of mind;
– buyer’s remorse;
– incorrect size selected;
– incorrect product selected;
– colour differences caused by screen display settings;
– delays caused by courier or customs;
– international duties, VAT, taxes or clearance charges;
– items damaged after delivery due to incorrect handling, display or storage.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
Damaged or defective items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Include:
– your order number;
– photos of the damaged product;
– photos of the packaging;
– photos of the courier label;
– a clear explanation of the damage or defect.
3. Assessment
All return or damage claims will be assessed before approval.
Bibi Art Studio may request that the item be returned for inspection.
If the item is found to be damaged, defective or incorrectly supplied, Bibi Art Studio may offer one of the following remedies where appropriate:
– replacement;
– repair;
– store credit;
– refund where required by law.
4. Store Credit
Where a return is approved for a non-defective item at our discretion, the customer may receive store credit.
Store credit may be used toward future purchases on Bibi Art Studio.
5. Original Artwork
Original artworks are unique and may not be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or defective and the claim is approved.
6. Limited Edition Prints and Postcards
Prints and postcards must be returned unused, undamaged and in original packaging if a return is approved.
Opened, handled, damaged, bent, marked or incorrectly stored prints may not be accepted for return.
7. Return Shipping Costs
If an item is damaged or defective and the claim is approved, Bibi Art Studio will advise on the return process.
For non-defective approved returns, return courier costs are for the customer’s account.
8. International Returns
International return shipping, customs duties, clearance fees, VAT, taxes and destination-country charges are for the customer’s account unless otherwise agreed in writing.
